Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., through its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I., has invested in Knowledge Merchants Works Inc., a vertical SaaS provider supporting business operation in retail and F&B sector.

KMW provides a software (web app and mobile app) named “Hata-Luck” for service sector companies, especially retail and F&B businesses.
With the software, all members of client company (from managers in the headquarter to store staff) can communicate one another quickly and easily. Also, store staff can improve their skills by watching training videos on the app, even they are at home.
In addition, when a shopping mall operator and tenants both use the software, mall operator can share information (e.g. unplanned change in mall opening hours) immediately to each staff of its tenants.

Mitsui Fudosan highly appreciates KMW team’s deep insight in service sector business and its challenges. It will support KMW’s growth in various ways, including sales strategy building and team building.
