Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., through its 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund Ⅱ., has invested in Photosynth Inc, a company developing “Akerun” smart lock and entrance management system .
Photosynth Inc is a Japanese startup providing Akerun, construction-free smart lock and cloud-based entrance management system, to enterprises and small businesses. The smart lock device can be attached to any doors and opened/locked with smartphone or IC card such as train electronic fare cards. Also, the online management system can be used for employee’s attendance management and as evidence for security audit.
Mitsui Fudosan highly evaluated Photosynth’s products, its related market, and management members. We will support enhancing its further business growth.
