Mitsui Fudosan to Provide Space for Urban Agriculture ICT Demonstration Experiment by the University of Electro-Communications

Mitsui Fudosan will provide space at Ginza 6-chome-SQUARE for a “hydroponic cultivation system demonstration experiment for urban agriculture ICT” by Professor Akashi Sato of the University of Electro-Communications, Department of Communication Engineering and Informatics, Graduate School of Informatics and Engineering.
The demonstration experiment will cultivate “aerial space tomatoes,” cherry tomatoes cultivated using an “aerial space cultivation method,” in the outdoor space for relaxation at Ginza 6-chome-SQUARE.
Cloud security cameras of Crew Systems, a venture company in which Mitsui Fudosan invests, will confirm the cultivation status from remote locations.
