It was announced that Enlighted Inc. of the United States (hereinafter called Enlighted), which was financed by 31VENTURES Global Innovation Fund I, has become a subsidiary of Siemens AG of Germany.
 
Enlighted offers an IoT platform for commercial real estate in the world, and expanded their business into Japanese market in 2018.
 
The company is planning to accelerate its global expansion strategy as a subsidiary of Siemens.
