    We also hold regular pitch events for each division of the Mitsui Fudosan Group.

BASE Q is designed to maximize the innovation results of
large companies.

Mitsui Fudosan plans and operates 31VENTURES, a co-creation program with startups,
as well as BASE Q,
an accompaniment program to support the new business development of large companies.
We also envision that the startups involved in 31VENTURES will collaborate with the large companies in BASE Q in the future.
