While more Japanese companies are adopting SaaS products in recent years, major corporations are particularly facing an issue of data linkage among SaaS products. To address this in the HR field, PathosLogos develops and offers a collaborative platform for linking multiple HR SaaS and ERP software data. Additionally, the company offers its proprietary HR and payroll SaaS “Combosite\u201d that operates on the platform, along with other software developed by partner companies. Through the provision of this collaborative HR platform, PathosLogos aims to alleviate the burden of HR-related tasks for major corporations, enhance the flexibility of their HR systems, and contribute to the advancement of human capital management, ultimately bolstering the competitiveness of Japanese businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
