The company has developed the PPLC Cloud Engine, a solar IoT platform for photovoltaic plants that can automatically detect and locate abnormalities on a single panel by applying its data-gathering sensors and PV A.I. engine.
Photovoltaic power generation is one of Japan’s leading renewable energies, and the amount of solar power installed is 57 million kW\u203b1 at the end of June 2020, leading the world along with China and Germany.
9 years have passed since the introduction of the FIT\u203b2, and the projects that have been in operation since the beginning have seen their solar panels and ancillary equipment deteriorate over time, and demand for maintenance and power generation recovery has increased significantly.

Mitsui Fudosan has been conducting a trial operation of the Girasol’s solution at LaLaport Kashiwanoha from 2019.
It’s triggered by Girasol Energy’s 3rd prize in 2018 at the Asia Entrepreneurship Award (AEA) held every year in Kashiwanoha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
